The Adam Smith Center once again gathers supporters of the ideas of freedom to discuss theory and practice in today's society. 9 lecturers will share their thoughts, including sociologist Alexander Filippov, psychologist Lyudmila Petranovskaya, economist Grigory Bazhenov, economist Farid Khusainov, demographer Alexey Raksha, philosopher Anton Kuznetsov, sociologist Daniil Tsygankov, sociologist Evgeny Varshaver and economist Valery Kizilov. We will discuss both economics, ethics and statistics of the epidemic, migration issues, and broader topics: the revival of Leviathan, free will in the prism of modern science, and Friedrich von Hayek's theory of consciousness.
